Our courses tend to fill quickly due to limited seating, so register soon! We recommend verifying course dates and availability before making travel arrangements. Registration is accepted in the order received. If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours of registration, please make sure you contact our office.

Additonally, please check with us to verify confirmation of the course date before booking any travel arrangements. Courses, at time, are subject to cancellation and/or rescheduling.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express (Amex = US only). We also accept official company purchase orders. VAT. For courses in the UK, please add VAT at 17½% to your payment. We will send a VAT receipt with your acknowledgment.

Please provide student name(s), company name, address, telephone, fax, the course(s) for which you are registering, and the course date. You will be contacted by a representative to complete your registration.

Terms
We require payment seven (7) days before the course start date. Please send your check or credit card details when registering. We also accept official company purchase orders. If you prefer, you may use a credit card to guarantee your place, in which case a check is due at time of arrival for course

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel with at least 21 days written notice. We will refund any payment you have made in full. With 14 to 21 days notice, 50 percent of the fee will be due. 75% of the fee will be due with 7 - 14 days notice. Less than seven days notice, the full course fee is due. If you need to reschedule the course, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation if you do not give at least 21 days notice.
